We are an internet based merchant and do not operate a physical storefront. Therefore, for service, please email us at purrectlyrebarkablepets@earthlink.net and we will make every effort to respond to your requests  and inquiries within 12-24 hours.

Orders are generally processed within 24 hours of receipt.  Certain items, as noted below, may require additional preparation time.  All in stock orders will be processed and ready for shipping within 48 hours.  If an order becomes unavailable or requires customization or additional processing, you will be notified immediately and given options for completing the order.

Pawty Training Pad Cake “Bakery”: OUR PAWTY TRAINING PAD CAKES ARE PRODUCED AFTER YOUR ORDER IS PLACED TO GUARANTEE FRESHNESS OF THE PET TREATS INCLUDED. THEY ARE NOT MASS CREATED AND AVAILABLE TO SHIP OUT IMMEDIATELY. Our cake production begins SAME DAY for orders received by 2pm EST and within 24 hours for orders placed after 2PM EST.  Our cakes typically take 24 hours for production in addition to standard order processing, unless otherwise noted in the cake description, BEFORE they even ship out.  Once it ships out it is in transit via UPS anywhere from 3-9 days depending on where your order is being sent.  Of course, you are able to schoose an expedited delivery method (i.e. UPS Next Day--Rushed, UPS Second Day--Expedited) for the indicated increases in shipping fees.

Gift Baskets & Gift Creations:  Most of our baskets and creations will also require 24 hour production time before the item will be ready to ship.  These items will also use UPS as the shipping method. 

SHIPPING:  We use USPS and UPS as our shipping methods.  Standard shipping takes approximately 6-9 days.  This will depend on your location from our site.  Expedited Shipping ranges 2-5 and Rushed will be typically arrive in 1-3 days.  **All shipping times are AFTER the processing period.  Single orders of multiple cakes may require multiple shipments to protect the condition of the product.  Therefore, shipping rates for multiple cake orders are adjusted accordingly to reflect multiple shipping cartons.  Multiple cake orders may arrive on different days.  We do not ship any orders outside the continental United States at this time.  We are not responsible for orders delayed in transit by the shippers.  All times are averages and will not be guaranteed unless you contact us directly and arrange for such guaranteed shipping times/rates.

STOCK AND BACKORDERS: Sometimes, discrepancies may occur between our actual inventory and our webstore inventory.  Unfortunately, those discrepancies may lead to an orderd item being out of stock.  We will email you promptly to let you know if your item is out of stock & will do our best to complete the order in a prompt manner or provide an adequate substitution based upon your approval.

REFUNDS and RETURNS: Pawty Training Pad Cakes and gift basket alternatives are unique creations that we are sure you will love.   We value our customers and do permit product returns within 7 days of tracked item receipt..  However, due to health and safety concerns, we can ONLY accept UNOPENED, UNALTERED Pawty Training Pad Cakes and gift basket alternatives for return.  Should you wish to exchange a cake or an "alternative" for another one, or request a refund, such returns may be made within 7 days for the original cost minus shipping costs. Please email us @ purrfectlyrebarkablepets@earthlink.net to arrange for a Return Authorization.  Once we receive the returned item, the replacement item will be shipped or refund will be granted. Be advised that the buyer is responsible for paying shipping costs to return all items. Shipping costs for an exchanged item may increase if a different item is purchased.  Please be advised that your new shipping costs may not be the same as the original.  Sorry, but we cannot offer returns or refunds on ANY personalized and/or customized  items, or pet apparel.  Returns and/or refund requests for all other items are also required within 7 days of tracked receipt to be eligible.  All items MUST have a Return Authorization or return will not be accepted.

DAMAGED PRODUCT RETURNS: If items are received in damaged condition due to shipping, please email us at: purrfectlyrebarkablepets@earthlink.net within 24 hours of receiving the item. You will receive instructions for returning and a return authorization number for exchanging the item. Returns will not be accepted without a return authorization even in cases of product damage. Your replacement item will ship out as soon as we receive the damaged item.
