Will my transactions be secure?  We operate a secure site with security certificate maintained by Thawte . All transactions are completed through our secure network.  If you would prefer to place an offline order, please email us @ purrfectlyrebarkablepets@earthlink.net  providing your name, telephone number and a preferred time for us to contact you (with your time zone please!) and a customer service advisor will contact you to complete your order via telephone.

Do I Need a PayPal account to process my payment?  In an effort to keep our prices down, we have elected to use PayPal payment processing rather than other more expensive Merchant services.  You may make a credit card payment with or without a PayPal account and you will enter your payment information into PayPal's secure network directly.  If you have an existing PayPal account you may elect to use it to save time in creating your order.  Once you payment is made, we receive the payment confirmation and begin processing your order.

Can I change the colors of a "Pawty Pad Cake" to fit the theme of my party?  YES!  We can customize everything about our cakes and gift baskets.  We can change the size, color scheme and details of any "cake" or basket that we offer.  If you are absolutely in love with a certain toy and want to build a cake around it, let us know.  We can generally generate a specially customized design in 3-5 days depending on the availability of desired items.  Email us your design requests or theme idea with desired price range and we will send you a design quote and photo for your approval.

Can I buy the cakes at wholesale prices?  We are now offering our cakes at wholesale prices to select businesses.  If you are interested in purchasing our cakes or in our special customized designs for pet businesses, please email us @ purrfectlyrebarkablepet@earthlink.net for details, minimum purchase requirementes, and pricing information.

How long does it take to receive my order?  Please see our customer service page for detailed information.  We require 24 hours to produce most of our products.  Our cakes are HANDMADE by US after an order is placed.  Standard shipping time ranges from 6-9 days depending on the recipients location.  **Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska may require longer shipping periods as well.

Do you ship internationally?  No, unfortunately, at this time, we ship only to the United States.
